Orders & Shipping

All orders ship within 48 hours at max, usually same day. Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched to the carrier it's no longer in our hands. Many delivery carriers are experiencing longer-than-usual transit times due to staffing shortages and other challenges, please be patient and kind to them.

We review every order manually to weed out fraudulent orders (it happens more than you think!) Once your order has been reviewed and marked fulfilled your card will be charged. Please be aware that once charged it may take 24-48 hours to appear on your statement.

All orders (in store and online) can be returned/exchanged for 14 days from purchase or delivery in the case of online order. Online order returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We're not a huge business and cannot offer longer terms than this, sorry. Items must be new, unworn, and with original packaging. If you wore it and we can tell you're out of luck. Assembled skateboards and skate parts (ie, completes, gripped decks, etc) are final sale. Please email billing@voyageurgoods.com for return requests and include your order number. Thanks.

Operations

We're not the kind of place that really accepts cold-calls or resume drop offs. We like to hire from our community and bring employees up from the ranks. The best way to get a shot at working for us is to become a shop regular. Be polite, friendly, and responsible and maybe you'll get our attention. It also helps to be 16+ years old!

Friday 12-8
Saturday 11-8
Sunday 12-6

It's not impossible to get your brand in the shop but we do keep it pretty tight. Reach out to ian@voyageurgoods.com with any inquiries but don't get your hopes up.
